Oil - 2 tbsp
Cashew nut - 9-10, halves
Tej patta (bay leaf) - 2
Cinnamon (dalchini) - 1 inch
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Green cardamom (elaichi) - 2
Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
Cloves (lavang) - 4-5
Star anise - 1
Ginger (adrak) - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Green chilly - 3-4
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
Beans - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 3/4 cup
Fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per the taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Basmati rice - 1.5 cup (soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
Hot water - 3 cup
Pinch of saffron (kesar)
Coriander & mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
