Day 1 – Having completed the foundational work a few days prior and now that anchor bolts have settled we were ready to accept and offload the structural. 400 linear feet of runways (200ft runs), 8 columns and cross bracing to match.

Day 2 – We adjust the anchor nuts to level and start to position the columns in place followed by the runways using the mobile crane

Day 3 – We cross brace the columns on either side and then adjust the anchor bolt nuts again to level. Spanning the crane is next at each column. Once all is exactly leveled and spanned, we tie the runways back by welding them in place.

Day 4 – Before the mobile arrives we put up some power bar and weld the end stops in place. Around mid morning we off load the crane from the truck and lift it into position on the runways using the mobile crane with guidance by our technician in the scissor lift. We finish off the power bar sections and wire up the crane to the power supply.

Day 5 - Test all components of the crane, record and commission for use.
