The Cypher can be purchased in GTA Online from Legendary Motorsport for a price of $1,550,000.

The Cypher can be stored in the Garage (Personal Vehicle). It can be customized at Los Santos Customs and LS Car Meet Mod Shop.

How to unlock the Cypher Trade Price?
A discounted price of $1,162,500 (Trade Price)* can be unlocked for the Cypher.

The discounted Trade Price for the Los Santos Tuners vehicles are unlocked randomly, a new vehicle's Trade Price being unlocked every 5 Reputation Levels.

The design of the Übermacht Cypher is based on a real life BMW M2 (F87) with some design cues from the BMW M6 (F13) and BMW M8 (F92).
