CARBAMAZEPINE (Tegretol) : Antiepileptic Drug

Carbamazepine pharmacology. Tegretol is a hepatic enzyme inducer. It increases metabolism and decreases bioavailability. It's effective in maintenance treatment to prevent mood episodes.
