Someone used the wrong version of the song methinks.
Synthesizer V was probably used as a way to make a quick English demo of the song to get an idea of what it should sound like, before the actual vocalist came in and sang it. The final version, which can be heard on Nintendo Music, uses a real human voice. But it seems like this Synthesizer V version ended up in the Direct, possibly by mistake. And I think it's just a little bit funny.
