Hey guys, in this video I'm going to try my best to break down How I got a 98% in my ISC Board exams, which were previously called ICSE Board exams. Although this isn't targeted towards CBSE Board students, I still do think it could help you ! ! !
Again, not here to flex, I wasn't the most stellar student and I don't pretend to be either. These are just some of the most practical insights I have.
First off, I want to make this video because I watch a lot of studytubers and sometimes it's easy to beautify the process of studying for these exams when it's really just a grind. Advice on any matter like this is never a one-size fits all situation and I begin the video by giving four metrics I believe you should evaluate yourself based on. Sleep cycles, peak productivity times, a flow state, the way you learn (visual learner, auditory learner, kinaesthetic learner, or spatial learner).
After that, I jump into two things that really saved my life with ISC exams. One, is a guide book I used called Arihant, and the second is a learning technique I used to effectively remember concepts called the Feynman Technique, based on the decorated Physicist, Richard Feynman - known to be an excellent lecturer.
In the last segment, I quickly touch upon the topics of practice testing and interleaved testing (testing yourself on a variety of concepts from different chapters) and then how you can use spatial learning to learn and remember concepts more effectively.
