Haryana IPS Death: Haryana Gets New DGP OP Singh Amid Y Puran Kumar Suicide Fallout | Latest News

Haryana appoints Om Prakash Singh as the new DGP following the tragic suicide of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar. Singh replaces Shatrujeet Singh Kapur, who has been sent on leave, and will hold the charge temporarily.

A 1991-batch IPS officer with over 32 years of experience, Singh has previously served as SP, Commissioner, and IG across Haryana districts.
