2 days in the Nephin Beg Mountains and Wild Nephin National Park in Mayo, covering 37km and 1,700m of climbing. The trip took in the summits of Glennamong, Nephin Beg and Slieve Carr with a beautiful bivy wild camp overnight. Covered some tried and tested ground and some new ground in glorious weather and no midges😊 My gopro lens took a few knocks which can be seen on screen - have a replacement and protective cover ordered👍
