Here I paint the scene from my dining room window of the full moon setting near sunrise, The colours of the sky really intrigued me, and here I show you how to mix and paint this fun little card. It could be used to give as a Christmas card, or in this case, a December birthday card.
I also demonstrate how to tear and prepare Arches 100% cotton 140 pound paper using a bone folder. This is the most economical way to buy top quality watercolor paper. It is so much cheaper than buying pads or blocks of paper. This way you have full creative freedom to create sketchbooks more cheaply or create any size of paper you wish to paint on.
I show you my finished card and explain the entire process, along with the painting of the image.

Double-sided glue squares
Blank card ~5" by 7"
