I AM NOT A PHYSICAL THERAPIST. If you have a trusted physical therapist for your dog, ask them about Epley Maneuvers for your pup.
I only started doing these for our pup Maiko as a last resort. There isn't documentation out there about how to properly do them for dogs, so I've made my best effort in trying to figure it out. I can't guarantee that this will work or that it will be safe for your pup.
