OKAY,, FOR ANY NEW PEOPLE- THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT FREDDYS VIRUS.

Freddy's virus is completely fanon, and something I came up with/got inspired by. ( by %Funtime Pastel% mainly )

So, how did his virus come to be?
In an ending, Freddy and Gregory went underground and that's where you came across Afton. Whenever Afton was attempting to control Freddy, in this AU, a piece of that stayed inside Freddy. So, now Freddy has like a literal piece of Afton inside of his system, that Vanessa and the others have yet to get rid of ( or ever ).

Now, the reasoning I don't make much videos about this is because Freddy knows how to hold his back, so he has no trouble. And his virus is unable to get stronger, so for right now, it's just there. Bloodmoon on the other hand has Eclipse to make him stronger and being trapped inside Moon's mindscape is also SLOWLY making him stronger, but Eclipse's way is slightly faster.
