International Flights from India to Canada set to resume
Flights, Airlines and Quarantine Restrictions
Hi Friends,
International Flights from India to Canada are going to resume soon. We will be able to travel back to Canada for Work and education purposes.
Visa and Immigration-Related Information:
1. Canadian citizens and permanent resident cardholders along with their immediate family members are allowed entry. Eligible travelers do not require additional permission letters.
2. International students who have a valid study permit, or were approved for a study permit on or before March 18, 2020, are also exempted from travel restrictions.
Mandatory Quarantine & Testing Rules:
1. All incoming visitors to Canada must quarantine for 2 weeks at a predetermined place (can be hotel or residence).
2. Refusal to adhere to quarantine rules can lead to jail time/ steep fine and forcible transfer to a quarantine facility.

Each airline will conduct its own health checks before allowing passengers to board and will also collect information related to health and previous travel history.
