The holidays can stir up a lot — memories, expectations, emotions and old wounds. If you find yourself feeling triggered this season, please don’t pressure yourself to “do all the work.”
In this video, I share why I see triggers as gifts — gentle invitations that show us where our healing or boundaries need a little more care. Instead of diving into deep processing right now, I invite you to simply notice when you’re triggered and jot it down. Awareness is the first and most powerful step toward transformation.
