This is definitely one of the most intense 1ccs I've done so far. It's chock full of resource management, micrododging, as well as RNG, so there's no telling whether or not a run is going well until a few stages in.
I used Remilia and Miko as my starting active cards, for some easy screen clears and beating bosses, as well as Sannyo, for getting extra life pieces for capturing spells, mostly through Remilia.
If you're planning on doing a run like this, prepare yourself for anything the game will throw at you, and hope the shops will give you some decent cards.
