Please note: This video was filmed in 2016; sadly, the vehicle has been disposed of since, which is a huge shame. It was a wonderful example. :'(
Feast your eyes on this wonderful Dennis Trident with an ALX400 body operating on both the 102 and then on the 202 to Pineapple Avenue.
I've always had a soft spot for these Ex Stagecoach London tridents, especially X342 NNO, which was possibly one of the most beautiful ones in the fleet. It had the most noticeable Voith. The decker was around the Pontypridd area quite a lot, operating mainly on the 102, 106, and 202 along with 349. 385 and 383.
Sadly I am uncertain of the vehicle other than it was later disposed of due to chassis rot, which sadly was super common on these ALX400 buses if not caught early enough. :(
The video consists of some nice revs, nostalgic noises like the gearbox, turbo and then slightly worn brakes.
