Bowl Turning To Relax, Black Walnut Because It Is King

In this video, I turn a stunning black walnut bowl on my Laguna Revo 1216 wood lathe. My personal speed challenges are never really about turning a bowl as fast as I can. These speed challenges are just fun, relaxing, satisfying, and most importantly therapeutic, giving me a time to enjoy the wood, the turning, and myself. Sanded with 150-320grit sandpaper
Sealed with Mahoney’s Walnut Utility Oil for deep penetration and the warmest protection
Applied Ack’s Abrasive Paste and Ack’s Polish for the smoothest finish with the richest luster.
