Travelling and Understanding Israel & Palestine | Overlanding Jerusalem, Dead Sea & Negev Desert

Hey! We're Camillo and Anouk and we converted Dakar our 4x4 Mitsubishi Pajero into a camper. After 3 months of travelling the Balkans, we decided to ship our car over the Mediterranean to Israel.

For a month we travel in this beautiful and diverse country. We float in the Dead Sea, explore Green Wadis and for the first time in our life, we experience a desert. We also enter Palestine with its vast and rocky plains. We slowly try to grasp the relations between these two countries and their neighbouring lands. Somewhere between constant threat, bomb attacks, global news and normal and mundane day-to-day life. Two countries with very delicate personalities that seem so complex and hard to grasp.

We hope that we could give you some nice insights into our journey! We made this little video for friends and family, travel lovers and maybe just for ourselves in a few years to remember our journey through moving images.
