It takes approximately 8 to 10 hrs of non stop work to produce one of these Custom made sails, from computer design to rigged. The sails are made from X-ply with stratigic kevlar reinforcement. We also, supply No Limitz masts as well as booms, mast extensions, harness lines and repairs to all sail brands.
