Dear friends,I can hardly believe that we are already approaching the end of January. What I’m realizing is that time does not stop no matter how much we want it to. one of my intentions for this year was to try to always find moments of joy in each day. I know that sounds so corny hahaha but if 2020 has taught me anything, it has made me realize how important it is to focus on the good and to really count the blessings that we do have. tomorrows are never guaranteed, and so I’m writing this to you all as a reminder for you- and also for myself that a bad moment is a moment. Don’t allow it to take over your day :) studying and working towards your goals- equally important as your joy. the work will be there tomorrow. It is important to take space and time for yourself and with your loved ones because life is too short, and how you spare your energy is important.
