CREAM TART CON BISCUIT AL CACAO E CREMA AL MASCARPONE E CIOCCOLATO BIANCO - super adatta per i compleanni dei più piccini!

Dosi per un numero composto da due strati.
★ INGREDIENTI BISCUIT (da ripetere due volte):
5 uova (250g circa);
120g di zucchero semolato;
60g di farina 00;
20g di cacao amaro in polvere;
★ INGREDIENTI CREME:
500ml di panna fresca;
2 bacche di vaniglia;
400g di cioccolato bianco;
400g di mascarpone.

★ BISCUIT:
5 eggs (about 250g);
120g of sugar;
60g of flour 00;
20g of unsweetened cocoa powder;
Whisk the eggs for 10 minutes, adding the sugar little by little. Sift the flour and the cocoa and add them and mix gently.
Pour the biscuit in a baking tin 30x40cm and bake at 180 degrees for 13/14 minutes.
Repeat the procedure for both the biscuits.
★ CREAMS' INGREDIENTS:
500ml of fresh cream;
400g of white chocolate;
400g of mascarpone.
Heat the fresh cream with vanilla until boiling. Then add the white chocolate. Mix both the cream and cover it with a contact plastic wrap before putting it in the fridge for at least 2/3 hours. Then whip the cream with mascarpone and use it with a sac à poche for assemble the cake.
