The role of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been around for several decades but has gained additional importance and prominence in the aftermath of introduction of the GDPR in 2018.
This webinar will consider some of the challenges organisations and their DPOs have faced since the GDPR came into force and the ways those challenges are being addressed. We also consider how the role of the DPO continues to develop and how the proposed reforms to data protection in the UK may impact on the role.
