Southern Railfanning is back! With such a crazy year, it was finally time to get out and railfan. I spent 3 days up in south Georgia and I was able to get hours of new footage. This video is just a taste of the action. First, we visit the new high-tech DD located at Racepond and then we venture north to Waycross, Ga to visit CSX's Rice Yard as I catch a very long Q409. After that, we take another look at the ever changing storage line and also see how busy Rice Yard has become yet again since the early days. Lastly, I sent the drone into the rebuild shop located on the edge of Rice Yard to see what rebuild projects are currently underway.
