Traxxas 4-Tec 3.0 Corvette Speed Runs 3s Hobbywing Max10 ESC 3660 4000Kv 35T pinion 55T spur 70MPH?

This video turned into a durability test by accident. The body is very strong. I did not break the mirrors, although, the body looks bashed as can be but no cracks yet.

The factory glue is rubbish. That is ultimately the problem and cause of all crashes. As soon a part of a tire became unglued the car would be incontrollable and crash. Once I re-glued the tires (both beads) it ran smoothly. I do not think TSM is needed.

The stock transmitter does not have the range one needs for speed runs. I swapped it to my Futaba 3PV. But there are other transmitter that work as well.

The HW system is very good and does not heat up. But, I ran 114 km/hr. with it in my 2.0. Given the tire diameter difference, it should have been much faster. Their is a large weight difference between the 2.0 and 3.0 that could have contributed. The car could also need a longer stretch of road as it seemed to peak at 115 km/hr. but did not heat up.

Swap system with HR motor mount, 35T pinion, and 55T spur from 4-Tec 2.0 to 3.0.
