“As of 2024, there are around 1.1 billion websites on the World Wide Web.” 1.1 billion, just imagine that. The problem is, most of them are garbage. And everyone knows most of the good ones. But just most of them. So in this video, I’ll show you the best unknown websites. By the way, no of these websites paid me to mention them in the video. Let’s get started.

1 [photopea.com](http://photopea.com/). If you’re broke like me and need to use Photoshop, just use Photopea. It’s a free web-based Photoshop alternative which allows you to do most things you do with Photoshop but for free. You can even save your artwork as a Photoshop file. Unfortunately, there are ads in Photopea to keep it free, but, which ads do you mean.

2 [figma.com](http://figma.com/). Figma is a free design tool. You have to create an account, but then you unlocked the best free design tool. By the way, [figma.com](http://figma.com/) and [photopea.com](http://photopea.com/) is the combination I use to make my thumbnails.

3 [excalidraw.com](http://excalidraw.com/). Excalidraw is a free whiteboard software and also the whiteboard software of my choice. There’s just one problem with it. You have to spend your money to save whiteboards.

4 [canva.com](http://canva.com/). Canva is an easy to use all-in-one design suite. Think about it like the Adobe Creative Cloud but for noobs. By the way I use it too.

5 jitter.video. Jitter is the easiest-to-use animation tool I know. It has tons of cool templates and if none of these templates fits for you, you can even import Figma files to animate them.

6 [runway.ai](http://runway.ai/). Runway contains 29 super powerful AI tools for photo and video editing as well as 3D related stuff.

7 [remove.bg](http://remove.bg/). It does what the url says. It removes the background of images. The only issue is, that you have to pay money to download the images in full quality.

8 [screely.com](http://screely.com/). If you often do screenshots and want them to be more professional, upload your screenshots on sceely and you’ll become a screenshot pro.

9 [swisstransfer.com](http://swisstransfer.com/). With Swisstransfer, you can send up to 50 GB of data for free. That’s 25x more than in WeTransfer.

10 [vocalremover.org](http://vocalremover.org/). Vocal remover lets you separate the music and the vocals in a song.

11 [perplexity.ai](http://perplexity.ai/). Perplexity is like Google but new. If you search for a topic, you’ll get links, images, an AI-written text and more in just seconds.

12 [deepl.com](http://deepl.com/). If you already used Google Translate to translate long sentences, you’re probably used to weird stuff that Google Translate does. And DeepL is also a translator, but it’s an actual good one.

13 [languagetool.org](http://languagetool.org/). LanguageTool is “More than a Grammar Checker”, but actually it is “a Grammar Checker”. But still, LanguageTool is my favorite “Grammar Checker”.

14 vscode.dev. If you need a powerful text editor or even code editor but for the browser, you can use Visual Studio Code. But the Browser is not the way I would use VS Code, because most extensions don’t work.

15 [deskspacing.com](http://deskspacing.com/). On [deskspacing.com](http://deskspacing.com/), you can design your new setup before you buy everything.

16 [alternativeto.net](http://alternativeto.net/). As I’ve mentioned earlier in this video, I’m broke. So if I find an amazing piece of software that costs money, I head to this site to search for alternatives.
