Ingredients:
• 2 cups oats flour
• 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Dates, to taste (for natural sweetness)
• Optional: a pinch of cinnamon powder
• Optional: chopped walnuts and almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in the oats flour, baking powder, and dates. Mix until just combined.
Add optional cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your healthy, soft banana cake😋
