2025 LIGHTROOM TUTORIAL | Beginner Crash Course

In this video, I take you through the basics of Lightroom 2024 & 2025 with a focus on the editing features. I walk through the following columns: light (exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, blacks, and whites), color (white balance, temperature, tint, vibrance, and saturation) and effects (texture, clarity, grain, vignette, and dehaze). I also give a quick overview on the detail column (sharpening and denoise) and the optics column (chromatic aberration and lens correction).

Remember, experimenting with the sliders is key in understanding their impact on your photos. This tutorial is a starting point to get you familiar with Lightroom’s tools, setting the stage for more in-depth exploration in the future.
