If you're someone who reads a lot of Japanese and only does listening with Japanese subtitles, then you're going to hit a point where it becomes very hard to actually comprehend the language without subtitles. You'll feel like you can understand 90% or more of the content with the Japanese subtitles, but you can only understand around 30% or less without them. I'm going to explain how to understand Japanese content without subtitles through pure listening immersion and the way that I recommend to try this if you still can't pick up anything.
