In this video, Dr. Carver will show you the basics on how to insert and remove contact lenses.
👀Tips:
1. For women who wear makeup, it is better to insert your contact lenses before you have applied your makeup. This helps keep your look fresh and keeps unwanted debris on your lenses.
2. It is easier to have shorter nails when learning to insert and remove your contacts.
3. If you are having a difficult time and are getting frustrated with not being able to insert or remove your contacts, it is good to take a break and try again later.
4. IMPORTANT: Please remove your contacts ASAP and visit your local eye care provider if you have a red, painful eye or a decrease in vision due to your contacts.
5. It is important to wear your contacts as prescribed by your eye care provider. Please do not share or wear another persons contacts due to the risk of infection.
