4 Medium Egg Whites
250g Caster Sugar
1tsp White Wine Vinegar
1tsp Corn Flour
1tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Filling:
A Punnet of Raspberries
2250g Berries
1 1/2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
350g Double Cream
