Notes:
"Yosh, yosh" is a phrase used when praising and petting a child (or pet)
They did not actually do the stream in the bathroom, but because the echo was so bad they made a joke of it and changed the background to pretend like it was a bathroom.
In case you don't know the "Ka-pon" sound effect describes the wooden bucket hitting the floor in the hotspring when people are bathing.
