WHY I LEFT DISNEY - Quitting The Disney College Program | FULL STORY

Hey Everyone,

Since I'm back from Disney, I thought it'd be a good time to finally tell about my journey from the start of the program to when I eventually got the bravery to quit and fly back home to New York. I explain what the program is like and how it works, as well as how my experience went and what ultimately led to my decision to quit.

I believe Disney treats CPs unfairly and not equally with part-timers and full-timers in the parks. I truly want this video to be an advocate for any future people who are considering working at Disney for the program or in general. I don't want to lecture others about avoiding Disney, but I do want to shed some insight on the mistreatment and toxic environment that I faced.
