Killer queen is a stand that turns anything it touches into a bomb, it can be anything whether inanimate or not. Victims will die upon one blast from contact with these deadly traps. What was thought that it was dangerous enough, Killer queen can deploy 2 bombs at once.

The second bomb is called "sheer heart attack", a small but mighty tank that cannot be controlled by the user. Sheer heart attack operates by using it's heat-radar, attacking whatever has the most heat nearest towards it (A way to counter it is shown in the video).

If you're wondering why there is no Bites The Dust (BTD) is because the video is set prior to the events of part 4.
