Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat oven to 350F
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Sugar
Mix thoroughly all 3 ingredients
Use a cookie scoop or roll approx. a teaspoon dough into a ball
Place on nonstick cookie sheet
Take a fork dip in sugar and make criss cross pattern on cookie
Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes or until cookie bottom is lightly brown
Remove from cookie sheet and let cool
Enjoy!
Make Ahead Frozen Garlic Bread
Loaf of Italian or French Bread
Butter
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder Cracked Pepper
Other Seasonings of Choice
Butter bread on cut side
Sprinkle with garlic, onion, pepper
Place cut side of bread together and wrap in foil and freeze
To Heat:
Preheat oven to 400
Let bread thaw slightly until you can separate the two halves
Place on Tray and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes until crisp and browned
Enjoy!
