during the Yuan or Ming dynasty

Shaolin monks start to spread this legendary fist to the common people
along their paths toward nirvana
at the end of Qing dynasty.

Dai means the immense vastness of de universe as in big flood boxing.

Hong is a family name of Hong Vo Danh? which means pink as in red fist boxing.

Quyen means fist as in great red fist.

Proper stances are the bridges between every movement.


Perfecting the right movements is the way to use congfu techniques properly.

Therefore, learning proper stances is the path to the highest level of quan su.

It is out of the deepest depth that the highest must come to its height.

Yizibu, Shiziyui and Shizishou are 3 fundamental skills of Shaolin Dai Hong Quyen.

So instill every movement with good intentions
so that the external motion can reveals the internal spirit.

Stand tall and upright facing South

hands clench into fists
