Ya'll this has been a huge struggle through me as I pass through this tunnel I am presently in. I was inspired to create this session as I have a noticeable breakthrough recently and wanted to offer another session with this theme.

This, like my last, session has a ASMR Theta Induction for the first ten minutes or so once we get into the video. Please let me know what you think of this style in the comments. So I've been trying to create with intentional no talking in the first portion to help the brain relax and get to a receptive state.
