How do we use an airplane's calculated lift distribution to start the design of the structure of the wing? In this video we will determine the spar attachment bolt size and the thickness of the spar material at the bolt's location. This is only the first iteration of the structural design. More forces will be included in future iterations of this spar bolt location design.
