The State of Kuwait and the Arab and Islamic nations lost one of the most prominent philanthropist, with the passing of Dr. Abdulrahman Humoud Al-Sumait, who was buried in Sulaibikhat cemetery in the presence of a huge crowd.
Al-Sumait was a well-known humanitarian personality in Kuwait and across the world. He spent most of his adult life in impoverished places across the African continent, exerting continuous efforts in relieving the suffering of needy people.
