3 Chicken Breast

🌺Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp chicken season
1 Tsp jerk powder season
1 Tsp black pepper

2 Tsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp Jerk Marinate

Baked For 45 In Total On 150 degrees Celsius

🛑Ingredients For Jerk Marinate
20g fresh thyme
7 stalk scallions
3 to 4 scotch bonnets pepper
1/2 cup pimento seed
2 large whole garlic 🧄
1 Tsp Ginger
2 onion

🌼Spices
2 Tsp cinnamon powder
2 nutmeg

🌼
1 Tsp ketchup
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp cloves
2 Tsp browning
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 white vinegar
1/2 lime
2 Tsp dark soya sauce
1 Tbsp cold water

Blend all together in a food processor or blender!
