Gladys Horton (1945-2011), the original lead singer of the Marvelettes, performs her "Love Songs Forever" Medley" at a Doo-Wop Society of Southern California concert in City of Industry, California on February 23, 1992. Ms. Horton continued to perform until 2009. The six songs included are Marv Johnson's "Whisper", the Dells' "Oh What A Nite", "In The Still of the Nite" from the 5 Satins, Carla Thomas' "Gee Whiz", "Tears On My Pillow" from Little Anthony and the Imperials, and the Marvelettes own 1963 ballad, "Forever".
