We had the great pleasure to talk with our friend Eduardo Hernandez about his home country El Salvador. Eduardo or Tato as his friends call him, is the owner and founder of Santa Cristina Specialty Coffee, which is a green coffee trading company for coffees exclusively from El Salvador.
