GTA 5: Updated Wanted Level System

Well I tried several different mods for the wanted level system in this game but none of them really felt right to me so I decided to try doing it myself instead. I based this somewhat off of the Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/rebala...) but with my own tweaks to the wanted level effects:

Wanted level 1 - 2 police cars (either cruisers or Buffalos) will be sent to investigate.

Wanted level 2 - Police response increased. Up to 3 police vehicles will be in pursuit.

Wanted level 3 - Maximum police response. Up to 4 police vehicles will be in pursuit (5 if you're out in the countryside). Police Transporter vans and police helicopters will also be dispatched and Sheriff's SUVs will be dispatched in the countryside. Police will also set up roadblocks with spike strips.

Wanted level 4 - FIB units take over the pursuit with FIB Buffalos, Grangers and unmarked cruisers. Up to 6 vehicles will be in pursuit. NOOSE also assists with Annihilator helicopters and Riot vans at roadblocks. Police helicopters and Sheriff's SUVs continue to provide support as well.

Wanted level 5 - Military units take over the pursuit with Insurgent LAVs, Barracks transport trucks, Rhino tanks (yes they will use the cannon) and Savage attack helicopters. Up to 7 vehicles will be in pursuit. (Good luck surviving at this level)

I tried to model it after the way the levels worked in the GTA 3 era games including how crazy it got at the higher wanted levels. It's now very difficult to survive at 4 and 5 stars (well without god mode that is) and you'll also have to cause more damage to reach these levels as well.

I'm not sure if I'll release this on GTA 5 mods yet but if anyone wants to try it, let me know and I'll send you the files needed.
