Nova Scotia Hiking Trails | Milford Recreation Trails

The Milford Recreation Association Trail is located at 288 Highway 2 in Milford. There is ample parking near the rec centre with garbage cans and dog waste bags provided. There are a couple different trail heads and parking hear each.

This is a 2km trail system composed of a few different trails. You could certainly plan a route to make your hike longer than 2km. This system is maintained by the Milford Recreation Association and can be enjoyed all year round!

The trail is dog friendly, but dogs must be on leash. As always practice leave no trace and pack in what you pack out!
