Sea salt honey matcha 🍯 // day 5 of 30 days of matcha recipes!

I give this one a 7/10, I think vanilla syrup still pairs better with the sea salt creama (that’s what 85C uses) but I still enjoyed the taste.

Pro tip: if it’s too salty you need to add my sweetener to balance it out :)

Matcha latte
2 tsp matcha powder
Warm water (175°F)
Honey (to taste)
1 cup milk

Sea salt creama
1/4 cup milk
A pinch of sea salt
(Optional) splash of milk - this makes it easier to not overwhip
(Optional) splash of simple syrup - if you like the drink to be sweeter
