Central Europe Summary: Although not as good as Western Europe, it's still above the European standard. Best is Switzerland, worst is Hungary.

Southern Europe Summary: Worse than Central/Western Europe, but is around the European Standard. Best is Malta, worst is the Vatican.

Southeast Europe Summary: Although most are below the European standard, over half of the countries in this region are good to live in. Best is Slovenia, worst is Turkey.

Eastern Europe Summary: Easily the worst region in Europe. Not only is it far below Europe's standard, and it also it has the worst in the continent. Less than half of the countries here are good to live in. Best is Estonia, worst is Ukraine.

Northern Europe Summary: Opposite of Eastern Europe; this is the best region in the entire continent. All of the countries in this are incredibly good, and are some of the best to live in. Best is Iceland, worst is Sweden.
