Recent cover story in Macleans Magazine entitled "The Condo Crash". It’s a misleading headline that should have been the "Pre-Sale Condo Crash". It's a story of a buyer in Toronto who bought a very expensive junior 1 bedroom with a plan to flip it before completion, and make a large profit, and how it went horribly wrong for him.
