Shia Waqf Board chief Waseem Rizvi appeals to Shia Muslims to stay away from protests against Citizenship Amendment Act.

Waseem Rizvi has urged the Government to include Shia Muslims in the Citizenship Bill. He says that since Shias are a ‘rare section’ of Muslim society and are being oppressed by the Sunni majority, they should be protected from ‘persecution and excesses.
