For several years the ballet company I work for produced a comedy satira version of the famous The Nutcracker, it used to be called “ Nutty Nutcracker”
A one night only sold out performance that happened every year.
We got to play all kinds of roles, my director at the time specifically loved to give me the female super stars to play, Beyoncé was one of them, Liz Minelli, Judy Garland, Frank N Furter. It was such a blast!
Unfortunately Nutty Nutcracker is no longer a part of the seasons, but hope you enjoy some of the rehearsal footage!
