Berkhamsted Castle - Castle ruins with interesting history

Berkhamsted Castle was initially developed by Norman the Conqueror's step brother as a wooden castle. It later became a stone castle which after centuries of use was abandoned and became today's ruin.
Thomas Becket was responsible for the castle and there's a beautiful church nearby
