The DSR team returned to Blanket Hill Speedway bringing momentum from a strong run at Hamlin Speedway. Hot laps and the heat race proved challenging as Dominic battled a loose car, finishing P6 in the heat. That meant starting last (P12) in the feature.
With big adjustments before the main, the 81 car came to life. Dominic drove with confidence, passed cars steadily, and avoided three cautions to power his way into the top five. On a one-lap shootout to the finish, Dominic held strong for a hard-earned P4 finish!
It wasn’t the feature win we’re chasing, but climbing from P12 to P4 at Blanket Hill Speedway feels like a big step forward.
