After an interesting time seeing Bunbury's attractions it was time to move on. This video covers the sail from Bunbury to Augusta, the most south-west town in Australia and the meeting between the Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean.
Along the way we stop at Canal Rocks - a very interesting geological area crafted by the continuous water flows created by the incessant SW ocean swells coming up from the Southern Ocean driven by the storms surrounding Antarctica.
Finally, at Augusta, we were at the turning point in our travels where we turned from a southerly direction and started to head east toward the rest of Australia. We spent time exploring Augusta, and were slightly delayed by a long burst of strong easterly winds, coming from where we wanted to go, Albany, the next major port on our voyage.
